- Operator identity: “Request experience powered by Broker.insure; Broker.insure is a directory and marketing service, not an insurance broker.”
- Licence badge: your licence number, state, regulator and the date it was last checked, from the licence row on file.
- Consent wording: “Send my request to up to three licensed brokers who pay a flat fee to receive requests. broker.insure does not receive commission. I can withdraw this from my confirmation.” Consent itself is given in the request workspace, never on your page.
