Renewing soon?
Start from the policy you already have.
Open the summary page of your current policy, often called the declarations page. We read it right here in your browser. You check what we found, keep what is right, and it becomes your request.
- Never uploaded. The file stays on your device. Close the tab and it is gone.
- Personal details hidden first. Names, addresses, policy and vehicle numbers are removed before anything is read.
- You decide. Only what you keep is saved, and nothing reaches a broker until you send it.

On most phones you can open the photo, press and hold on the text, and copy it. Paste it here.
What we found
Check it, and keep what is right.
Details from the page
Untick anything that is wrong or that you would rather not share. You can also correct a value.
We could not read any amounts. That is fine: a broker will ask, and you can still save the renewal date.
Why start from the policy you have
Your current policy already answers most of what a broker will ask: what is covered, for how much, what you pay first on a claim and which extras you added. Starting from it means fewer questions, and a broker can compare like with like.
Where to find the page
It usually comes with your renewal notice or sits in your insurer's or broker's online account, near the start of the policy document. It lists the amounts of cover, deductibles and the dates the policy runs.
What this does not do
It does not judge your cover or suggest what to buy. It reads what your page says, and a licensed broker talks it through with you. If something we read looks wrong, untick it or correct it. A broker will confirm every detail with you before relying on it.
